If they are not respected, it is possible to lose the right to occupy the property, without being exempted from payment. The current rental terms concern the agreements between Sara Iollo and the client. Any agreement between the customer and Sara Iollo that changes, modifies or cancels these rental conditions or other information indicated in the General Conditions must be put in writing in order to be valid. This list must be checked inside the apartment by the guest himself, signed and returned to the reception no later than the morning following arrival. There is a security deposit of \u20ac 200.00 upon delivery of the keys (in cash). This deposit is to be considered as a guarantee that the apartment will be returned in good condition and as an advance for any extra expenses. The amount will be released or returned on departure, provided that the property is returned in good condition, without damage, and that the customer does not owe any other sums to the property. The customer&#8217;s responsibility for charges and damages is also such if they exceed the value blocked by the card. Sara Iollo will always try to meet special needs and solve any type of problem as far as possible. Sara Iollo&#8217;s liability for compensation relates only to direct economic loss. The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage that he or his pet animal causes during the rental period, even for damage for which he is or can be insured. The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor the people accompanying him nor his pet disturb other guests and the surrounding area. In the event that the customer or one of the people accompanying him or his pet act in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner, Sara Iollo reserves the right to cancel the lease immediately and without notice.
